We are seeking a motivated Marketing Executive to support the hospital's marketing and business development activities. The role involves promoting hospital services, building relationships with doctors and referral partners, supporting outreach activities, and contributing to patient engagement and hospital growth.

Candidates should have strong communication, networking, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Experience in healthcare or hospital marketing will be preferred.

Relevant clinical experience will be an added advantage.

Qualifications

MSW
Healthcare / Hospital Marketing experience preferred

Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote hospital services and specialties.
Plan and execute digital, social media, local, and community-based marketing campaigns.
Identify opportunities to increase patient awareness, engagement, and hospital visibility.
Build and maintain relationships with doctors, healthcare professionals, corporate clients, and community partners.
Coordinate promotional activities, health camps, awareness programs, and hospital events.
Manage marketing content, campaigns, and promotional materials across relevant channels.
Conduct market research and monitor healthcare marketing trends and competitor activities.
Generate and follow up on leads and referrals to support patient growth.
Track campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure consistent communication and branding.
Support online reputation management and patient engagement initiatives.
Achieve assigned marketing targets and contribute to the hospital's overall growth.
