We are looking for qualified and compassionate Staff Nurses to join our growing healthcare team.

Candidates will be responsible for providing quality patient care, assisting doctors, administering prescribed treatments, maintaining nursing records, and following hospital safety and infection-control protocols.

Candidates with good communication skills, a patient-focused approach, and the ability to work effectively in a hospital environment are encouraged to apply. Relevant clinical experience will be an added advantage.

Qualifications

GNM / B.Sc. Nursing
Nursing Council Registration preferred

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate and quality nursing care to patients according to their individual needs.
Monitor patients’ vital signs, health conditions, and progress, and report any changes promptly.
Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and other treatments as prescribed by doctors.
Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and patient treatment.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date nursing records, charts, and patient documentation.
Follow hospital protocols for infection prevention, patient safety, hygiene, and medication management.
Respond promptly to emergencies and provide appropriate nursing support.
Educate patients and their families about treatment, medication, recovery, and basic healthcare practices.
Coordinate with doctors, nursing supervisors, and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care.
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients.
Ensure proper handover of patient information between shifts.
Handle nursing equipment and supplies responsibly and report any issues when required.
